Nimiipuu Protecting The Environment: The Grand Salmon

Join Nimiipuu Protecting the Environment & Idaho Rivers United for a screening of THE GRAND SALMON. As wild salmon populations in Idaho approach extinction, three women embark on a 1,000 mile expedition to take on four dams at the heart of the salmon’s catastrophic decline.

Doors open at 6 PM with a brief introduction at 6:45 PM and the film starting at 7 PM. U of I students will be covered by SSC, so bring your student ID! Presented by Nimiipuu Protecting the Environment, Idaho Rivers United, U of I’s Sustainability Center, and Idaho Sierra Club.
